Life Care Trust was founded with a simple purpose: to provide compassionate, reliable care that puts people first. Although we are a newly established organisation, care is deeply personal to us. With close family members who rely on care and over 21 years of combined experience across health and social care, we understand the importance of getting care right. As we grow across the UK, our focus remains on dignity, independence and delivering care you can trust.

Supported Living
Life Care Trust provides compassionate, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We deliver flexible care in your own home and through outreach services, including 24-hour support, helping you live the life you choose.
Children's Support
We know family life can be busy, and sometimes you need trusted support for your child. Our Children’s Support team provides tailored care around your schedule and your child’s needs, giving you peace of mind.
All team members are fully trained and regularly assessed to ensure safe, high-quality care you can trust.
Outreach Support
We support individuals to stay active and enjoy everyday activities, from trips to the park to shopping and local outings. Our outreach services help maintain life skills and promote independence within the community.
Working with providers across South Yorkshire, we support inclusion and meaningful participation in daily life.
Respite Support
Not everyone needs full-time care. Sometimes, temporary support can make all the difference. Our Respite Support services offer flexible, trusted care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
